Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service apply to all users of LoveToTheWorld.com, including community leaders who register and manage community pages, and members who access community content through the platform.

The Platform's Role

LoveToTheWorld.com is a neutral infrastructure provider. The platform:

• Does not endorse the beliefs, practices, or content of any community
• Does not mediate disputes between community members and their leaders
• Does not rank, boost, or suppress community pages based on content or affiliation
• Provides equal access to the same tools for all registered communities

Community Leader Responsibilities

Community leaders who register a page agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their community's tradition, region, and membership
• Govern their community page in accordance with their stated standards
• Be solely responsible for the content published on their community page
• Set and clearly communicate membership pricing to their members before collecting payment
• Comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction

Member Responsibilities

Members who access community content agree to:

• Respect the stated rules and standards of each community they join
• Not misrepresent their identity or affiliation
• Contact the platform — not individual community leaders — for platform-level support issues

Payments and Billing

Community leaders are billed by the platform based on their selected membership tier. Members are billed by the community leader — not the platform — for any community membership fees. The platform uses Stripe for payment processing. All payment disputes between members and community leaders are the responsibility of the community leader.

Content Standards

The platform does not regulate community doctrine, theology, or practice. However, content that constitutes illegal activity, incitement to violence, or non-consensual sharing of private information is prohibited regardless of religious or cultural framing. The platform reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

Termination

Either party may terminate a community page at any time. Upon termination, community data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted. The platform reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided as-is. Marcrooseler Presents LLC is not liable for disputes between community leaders and their members, loss of community content due to account termination, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Attorney review is recommended before relying on this document for compliance purposes.
